We've been wondering if boyboy is.. u know.. 'unable', coz jingles+boyboy= nothing.

Well but today, 5 squirming pink pups were born, so boyboy, not bad! =)

At this point, they are all walking about, eating solids and whining!

unfortunately, we've got like.. 10 kids already.. (Though its so tempting to keep one or two from the new litter..no no.. RESIST...)
so we're looking for good homes for these new pups..

PooPy aka 'the ah peh'

Poopy was the lil fellow who sparked off the whole hamster craze. It was that silky, Shiny, GOLDEN fur (i later learnt its called cream satin. but i still think its GOLDEN!!) that caught my attention in their small lil dimly lit pet shop. He's fur shone out to me like a lighthouse. (yeah rite.) Anyways, i knew HE WAS THE ONE. (didnt have a really big huge enthusiasm for hamsters then.) and so i got him! (kinda like on impulse) but he's existence changed our lives completely.

The name PooPy was derived when we were cracking our heads trying to find a name for him. As we used different words to get its attention, we noticed he would jump at the letter 'P'. Oh how he loved that gust of strong wind when we pronounced "P". (i think it really irritated him alot) and soo.. PooPy.

When Poopy first came, he was very much like a 'chao ah beng', snapping at anyone whose fingers ventured into his lair. (huazy *in her sulky face*: "yeah. i got bitten like 3 times. and it was 3 bleeding times.")

UNTIL... one fateful day in November, Poopy fell really ill. He couldn walk, eat or drink. We brought him to the vet but they didnt know what was wrong, jus said he was dehydrated, and it was a 50/50 chance that he could survive. So he was Hospitalized. (ya, hospitalized hamster) $270!!! for a night at ***** ******** clinic. Collected him the next evening, and hand fed him for the next GoOgIlioN days. Felt like forever. Had to stuff his face with eeky, greeny, watery grassy goo using a syringe every 3 hours. Through this long and ardous recuperation period, we even had to bring him along for my riding lesson, huaz would jus sit there, and while waiting, start feeding poopy. it was wierd. but after all this, ONE DAY, Poopy started to drink independently from his bottle!! He started walking, and then, started running on his wheel!! (Though only for a few seconds) but WOO! We were so so happy he regained his energy, thou he seemed to have been paralysed on one side. From that incident, Poopy was a changed man too.. i mean, hamster. He was so much nicer, never bit us again. (US only.) seemed like he knew we were there to help him..

There were so many other incidents that happened to him. wierd, unexpected, and plain stupid.

But to the old man, despite all your crazy antics, we love u and we miss u so dearly.

the later Poopy was such a sweet boy, so i just had to have one at home too.. took me really long to just find a syrian hamster. seriously. there was none!! like totally completely 100%ly could not find. as though they were extinct!


So when i finally saw a black and white one in *** ***** ** ***********, i was thrilled! Wanted to squeeze them and hug them and tell them 'i finally found u guys..' with a single tear rolling down my cheek. (descriptions have been dramatized by canz)


and since my mummy threatens to COOK anything i bring home that moves, i had to ally with my brother- we were gonna keep the hamster in his room under the table so no one else would ever notice! MuuAahahaHAHAHAH! and it was the white one cos if mummy ever finds out, at least it's not the unlucky black one. like ??!! black = unlucky??


Poofy was a well handled kid, no problem with carrying, hand-feeding unlike............ she was super active.. again.. unlike the above mentioned. so i was a little lost as to what to do with her. she was not sweet like poopy. :( SIAO CHAR BO! but i still loved her la..


Poofy didnt go through any significant incidents like the above mentioned, so here's some ridiculous charateristics of her:

• she likes teh peng




• and famous amos (basically anything sweet)




• she enjoys being flung around in the air (or so we assume since she doesnn't bite)




• and oh ya, she doesn't bite




• she STEALS food. like m&ms from the packet.




• we suspect she also likes the THRILL of chilli padi ( cos she never seems to hearn her lesson)




• she's basically a Bitch.
